1. Assisting one of oil and gas company construction company in Indonesia in order to provide legal advice and opinion (verbal and written) to find the legal standing of the client in the Contract of Work Agreement and provide a solution related to the arising issue
  2. Assisting PT Equalindo Makmur Alam Sejahtera and its affiliate, as the mining companies to conduct the legal due diligence process including the obtainment of Court Clearance for the acquisition plan of the target company in the mining business fields. NK also assist the Client to drafting several of definitive agreements transaction in relation to the implementation of business cooperation, including the negotiation process of the said agreements.
  3. Asisting Yayasan Kesehatan Pegawai Telkom, as one of subsidiary of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, as an existing shareholder regarding the acquisition process of PT Sarana Usaha Sejahtera Insan Palapa (Telkomedika)
  4. Provide legal advice (verbal and written) to Yayasan Kesehatan Pegawai Telkom related the merger plan with its sister company
  5. As the appointed Indonesian Legal Counsel of CIMB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch and together with their Singaporean Lawyer, Drew & Napier, assisting the Bank to prepare all the security documents related to the Facility Agreement by some of Indonesian debtors. NK also provide a legal opinion related the transaction
  6. Assisting PT Multimedia Nusantara, as one of subsidiary of state-owned enterprise PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, to acquire PT Nutech Integrasi as the target company with the line of business of integrator system in ICT. As the part of acquisition process, NK has performed their legal service by conducting legal due diligence, drafting the definitive agreement (Conditional Sale Purchase Agreement, Sale and Purchase Agreement, Shareholders Agreement), and other supporting documents, including assisting Client in the reporting process to KPPU
  7. Assisting PT Equalindo Makmur Alam Sejahtera and its affiliate, as the mining companies to conduct the legal due diligence process including the obtainment of Court Clearance as preliminary process of the acquisition plan of the target company in the mining business fields. NK also assist the Client to drafting several of definitive agreements transaction in relation to the implementation of business cooperation, including the negotiation process of the said agreements and also liase with the Notary to prepare all the agreements that will be stipulated in Notarial Deed
  8. Asisting one of big company in the food and beverage fields of business to conduct the legal due diligence process including the obtainment of Court Clearance for the acquisition plan of the target company in the food and beverage fields of business
  9. Assisting PT Sigma Cipta Caraka, as one of subsidiary of state-owned enterprise of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk to acquire PT Collega Inti Pratama as the target company with the line of business of total solution business and ICT Banking/Finance System business sector. As the part of acquisition process, NK has performed their legal service by conducting the legal due diligence, drafting the definitive agreement (Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement, Sale and Purchase Agreement, Shareholders Agreement), and other supporting documents, including assisting Client in the reporting process to KPPU
