Prior to establishing Nadapdap Komala, Daniella was one of the partner in corporate and commercial division in one of the prominent law firm in Jakarta. Daniella had various experience on Corporate and Commercial Law which focusing on the General Corporate Matters, Investment Law, Corporate Action and Restructuring, Company Dissolution, Employment, Finance and Banking, Merger and Acquisitions, and Family Law.

In addition, she is also experienced in handling a variety of acquisition processes such as the acquisition of assets and the acquisition of shares carried out by leading companies in Jakarta and abroad in the various industry area such as mining,telecommunication, industry and trade, hospitality, pharmaceutical, land and property.

Furthermore, she is also experience on the legal entity establishment in the form of national entity i.e Limited Liability Company, Foundation, and/or Joint Venture Company which required coordination with the relevant parties, among others, the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) and the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. In the field of investment area, she had numerous experience in conducting the legal due diligence, assisting MNA proceeding as required, including drafting several definitive transactions agreements related to the said MNA process, drafting the definitive agreement related to any commercial industry transactions such as License And Royalty Agreements, Escrow Agreements, Sale and Purchased Agreement, Confidentiality Agreements, Hotel Management Services Agreements, Manufacturing Agreements, Distributorship Agreements, Working Agreements, and any other form of Cooperation Agreements, in both domestic and cross border transactions.

In addition, in the area of finance and banking, Daniella also had experience in assisting a foreign bank in connection to the provision of loan facilities to the companies located in Indonesia. In this regard, Daniella has provided legal services in conducting analysis, including preparing any legal documentationneeded for the perfection of the transaction. Furthermore, Daniella was trusted to represent her previous law firm in dealing with some matters with respect to Manpower Law at several Embassies and International Organizations, and has been trusted several times to handle and providing legal opinions in the matters of Family Law, Marriage Law, Asset Management, Entertainment Law, And Employment issues of foreign nationals residing in Indonesia, including any other legal issues in others field.
