Signing of the acquisition transaction of CIP by Telkomsigma

One of the completed transaction assisted by Nadapdap Komala in 2018, where PT Sigma Cipta Caraka as one of Telkom Group’s subsidiary has acquired PT Collega Inti Pratama. The acquisition of Collega by Telkomsigma is designated to strengthen the business position of Telkom Group to provide the information communication technology (ICT) solutions for banking business to be more integrated with the other ICT service owned by Telkom Group.

Nadapdap Komala led this transaction on behalf of Telkomsigma. We really grateful for this opportunity and we wish the very best for the future of Indonesian ICT industry.

PT Telkom Sigma, anak usaha PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM), mengakuisisi 70% saham PT Collega Inti Pratama. Akuisisi ini dilakukan untuk memperkuat bisnis Telkom Sigma di bidang layanan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi atau information communication technology (ICT) untuk perbankan.
