The signing of the Sale and Purchase of SBU Metrasat between Telkomsat and PT Multimedia Nusantara

Nadapdap Komala (NK) has been trusted to act as a legal counsel for PT Multimedia Nusantara (TelkomMetra) as one of the subsidiaries of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom), in the spin-off transaction of Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Metrasat from TelkomMetra to PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia (Telkomsat). For this transaction, NK performed legal services by conducting legal due diligence limited the agreements of SBU Metrasat in TelkomMetra.

SBU Metrasat is a satellite-based network operator, specifically in the sector of satellite data communication services using the Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT). SBU Metrasat was established in 2005, and has grown to become one of the satellite-based network providers that contributes to the development and equity of national telecommunications infrastructure.
